I've finally started to put my 1967 truck back together for pre-paint fit and fitment and I came upon a bit of a problem. When installing the fenders to the rad support , there are 3 mounting holes. Without thinking I just assumed that they would be the same "c-clips" that are used on the top of the fender. However, now that I have gotten in to it, I see that because there is a small flange on the rad support edge , I can't use the c-clips. It looks like I can fit a c-clip on the bottom hole though.
What fasteners get used to hold the other two holes? A simple bolt and nut just doesn't seem right.
Thanks in advance

Re: Fender mounting
I'm can't picture it . Is it just a square hole?
If so those had a nut swedged into the hole, or a cage nut.

If these don't sound right post a pic.
