1967 Dealer's Brochure posted

Even though it was probably one of the brochures I should have posted when the site was first started, it just never got done. The main reason is because I didn't just want to scan the individual pages as printed, since all the inside pages blended into the next...I wanted to stitch them together into one unbroken graphic. I finally got finished with this project this evening and have posted it to the link below:

Very nice! I like to see all on the 67. On the engine page it said the 352 gets "good fuel economy", I wonder what they considered good fuel economy back then?

i seen the no arm rests thing that answers that for me. i also was reading optional equipment. it said that the truck could be ordered with a 3spd plus overdrive . is that the T18 transmission? also did the f100 cs have the extending bumper? it says it is designed only for a 8 foot camper. so it wouldn't need the extending bumper would it? my 67 ranger has an extending factory looking bumper.

T18 is a 4spd. 1st is a low creeper gear and 4th is direct.

Also, you guys need to keep in mind that old advertising and dealer brochures are not always an accurate source of information. They were often created months in advance of actual production and and were based on prototypes. Trim option, wheels, and colors were some of the things that commonly changed prior to release. AFAIK all '67 trucks, even the base models, got driver's-side armrests. I've never seen one that didn't.

Mine never did have arm rest. Aren't I the lucky one The only other example I have seen of this was someone selling their 67 doors in the parts for sale section. Not great photos but I don't think either of the doors had an arm rest. http://www.fordification.com/forum/view ... 11&t=38986

Yep, it sure doesn't look like those door panels were ever drilled for armrests. Interesting!
