I want to remove my aux tank but i dont know if i have to rewire it because of the aux tank switch.. Any help is greatly appreciated...

To remove it, disconnected filler neck, fuel line, and sending unit wire/wires.
Remove the skid plate
drop the tank.
It's really straight forward, just keep looking for bolts to take off. And don't be under it when you are lowering the tank or removing the last bolts.

I'm not sure what you are asking dealing with the aux tank switch wiring...

i would see why you would have to rewire it. the switch comes out by unplugging it. the other gauge should work find if you do or dont unplug the aux tank switch.
