steering stabilizers how would this go on?

I've got the new catalog(and the part was in te old one too) But with the distance between the I-beams and the steering linkage how would it work and where would i bolt it.

Probably have to run it off the frame.

IIRC, for installation on a 2WD pickup there's an L-bracket that gets clamped to the side of the I-beam with U-bolts, and the stablizer then extends from this L-bracket over to the steering linkage.

Perhaps on the camper and scamper specials but not on the 100s

Don't think so...As far as I know, none came with
steering stab's from ford. All are aftermarket...
Or at least as far as I've seen...

My parts truck has one and its a F100 2wd. Its attached to the frame and then to the steering linkage. Not the I beam.

gt-racer, did you have to custom fit that in to bolt it on? Are steering stabilizers only for power steering trucks?
