Got a problem, I am going to try to run the steering linkage under the pivot arm and see what will happen. This way it does not work at all.

Will the knuckles swap back the other way?

I don't think I can swap them because of the angles, but I am going to try dropping them down ( red circles) and hope I have enough adjustment left (blue).

I am not familiar with the 2x stuff anymore. Can you flip the linkage thats on the back of the spindle?

Well from preliminary research(I looked at the back of my front left wheel). Data would indicate that the bolts holding on the backing plates also hold on the steering arm.

your research is right  . I have to get it to the bottom side. It won't work on the top because the bow it has hits the I beam

The idler arm, the arm on the back of the spindle you want to drop down to the lower part of the spindle. Can you take it off and flip it to where the curve points down and still attach it to the top of the spindle? You may have answered this already.

you may need A drop down pitman arm. Like comes in most bigger left kits. That may re allign your steering linkage. I think. :hmm:

:hmm: I think you'll also have to swap the arms back over to the side they came from good luck.
