Well that explains a lot.
I would suggest pulling some bearing caps and look for scoring on the crank.

With that metal in the engine, I would suggest a full rebuild, fragments are inside every oil gallery and will continue to cause damage until removed.
The oil pump sucked up some of it and jammed, that is what bent the shaft.

Agree with frazier.

You can do pistons and rods in the frame, but it's going to be hard to clean everything, and probably take longer than pulling the motor.

AS far as cam, figure out what's up with the metal first.
