over-tightened front wheel bearing nut. |
Consequence: |
Incorrect torquing
procedure could preload wheel bearings, causing them to seize on spindle
stem. Spindle stem could break, allowing wheel to disengage without
warning. |

Correct by inspecting and
replacing bearing and spindle where necessary. |
