FE head casting #'s

Can some one give ma list of good casting #'s for FE heads, it is for a 390?
1969 F100 Ranger shortbed 360 3 on tree.

There are quite a few...

In fact, for a normal streetable 390 most 390 heads are fine, the very common C8AE-H and D2TE-AA heads are quite good.

The answer to your question also depends to an extent on the chassis you are putting the motor in... we will assume it is a truck...

thanks Duckryder. Yes in my 69 F100. I will going to a swap meet and junk yards this weekend to look for some.
