Still cleaning and prepping the floor for the patch. I did find another spot on the floor that will need to be addressed but not a big deal still. More pics to come.

I jus swapped my lights in my basement workshop last month and wondered why I didn't do it sooner..........the difference was unbelievable........no more working in a cave with a lantern...... :D

Only only have a few changes over so far, but what a difference!

Now back to the truck. I got the patch panel in and have started welding it in. I will try and post some pics tomorrow night.

Here is my terrible welding job. It is in there still need to do more welding. It isn't bad for a $99 welder.

Here is the other spot I have to work on. Not bad for a truck that lived just north of Boston mass.

Found another hole to fix. This one is in the passenger door inside. The door skin is fine, it's the inner structure. Not sure if I should cut up my other doors or buy patch panels from Macs?

So I found that my other set of doors may be in better shape than the ones on the truck now. I did get out and put some rust converter on my welds. I have some more welding to do and finish my other small patch. I spent time in the yard today cleaning leaves in February. This is just crazy!

Thanks. I am also looking at a new welder from HF, the Titanium 125 Easy Mig. Anyone have one?

Still haven't finished the patches, and I haven't made it to HF to look at the Titanium 125 welder.

Fixed the hole in the floor and ordered seam sealer that is to be delivered Sunday. I will now work on cleaning of dirt and rust so I can apply sealer then paint.
