Adding power steering, power brakes, and air conditioning. All three have enhanced the drivability of my truck

I added a Dakota digital instrument cluster with a GPS modular. Next year will be new seats. As much as I wanted to retain the bench seat, it has absolutely no support and as one person said earlier, no headrest. I also added new seat belts w/shoulder belts. Not having a shoulder belt really concerned me. Now I won't have to worry as much about eating the steering wheel in an accident.
