Hi all - this is my first post but I’ve been lurking here for a month now, and gained so much knowledge from the group. Thanks for that!
I have a small mystery on my hands that may end up being a really easy answer for people who know the wiring in these old rigs better than I do. In my 74 F100 there’s a push button switch hanging loose under the dash and I’m not sure what it does, if it’s some add on from a previous owner, or serving some stock function. Attaching a couple pics (sorry one is blurry - realized too late) but it’s got a pair of pink with black stripe wires on one side, a pair of green with black on the other side, and a single red with yellow in the center. Any wisdom to share?

Welcome to our site.
That's your dimmer switch for the headlights.
it should be bolted to the floor in the upper left by the side panel. then you use your foot to dim the lights.
