Hey guys..
I'm missing the bar that runs from the hood latch to lower radiator support(pic). Not sure if I misplaced it or never had it. Do I even need it?
Thanks
Ron

Re: Do I need this??
Ron,
I had to go through my pics to confim but you're def gonna need it.
Looking at it is easy to see the structural bracing it provides for the hood latch.
I'm saying it could be found easily on a boneyard bump or even make a similar one from 1/4" heavy flat stock.
I thought I might have an image of the support of my 79', (thinking one from a dent might be the same even thought the hood latch is totally different) but I don't but I'd still glance at a dent support to confirm as it would be easier to find iin a boneyard.

Re: Do I need this??
Simple answer is yes. It holds onto the grill, latch, and if you add AC, it holds the Vintage Air condenser.

If you can't find one locally, try Tony's Ford Truck Parts, they were very helpful in helping me to find my rear gas tank strap for my aux gas tank.
