I absolutely love this truck, but I cant afford his price. Its definately a nice truck though!

I dont think that is a 10k truck.......i mean, where's the goose that lays golden eggs? that comes with it right????

Rich, I agree that $10k is far too much for that truck, although it sure looks cool. If the body work and paint's truly premium, and if it runs absolutely perfectly, my guess on its fair value would be between $2,500 and $4,000. But maybe I'm crazy.

Well, taking into account that it is for sale in SoCal (they seem to go for a bit more here than everywhere else), just the fact that it is a decent condition 67 shorty would already push the price closer to $4000, and that is without the fact that it is a highboy. Now, with it also being a highboy, I think it would be worth (in this market) probably in the 6k to 7k range. But I have seen 67 shortys go for more than that without them being 4x4. So who knows. I dont think it is worth the price he is asking either. Even if it was 100% stock, I wouldnt pay that for what he has there. But right off the top, I see he cut the 67 doors in the middle to mount speakers, and while it is kinda cool, he also cut the roof to put a sunroof in. Those two major modifications make it lose a good chunk of value (to me...).

But of course, it is worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it. He has had this truck on and off craigslist for several months now and it is still for sale, so he obviously has it priced too high for what people are willing to pay. I personally think it is a decent deal (in this market) for about 6k.

Thats what I was thinking too Robroy, 4k on a VERY good day. but you can see the interior isnt original. and the dash doesnt look that great. Not saying I wouldnt drive it but for 10k id go buy a newer diesel superduty.
