68 Water control valve with aftermarket A/C

68 Water control valve with aftermarket A/C
OK, so I am going to replace all my hoses and belts and give her a good tune. I want to install new heater control valve but NAPA shows two. One with flow toward cable and one with flow away from cable. i guess I dont under stand which one is what I need?

I don't really care about brands Chevy Ford Dodge ...as long as it doesn't sound like two old dudes farting in a coffee can.
