why do I get this message repeatedly, when I try to post??

I do too, but then I resubmit and it goes through.

That message usually indicates you don't have your browser (or firewall) set up to accept session cookies, or to accept them for too short a period of time.

I thought I fixed this but it's still happening. I'm just using Windows firewall. Where shoudl I look to fix this. Thanks.
