Photo help please

When I try to post pics they are always too big. How can I resize Pics? Sorry to be a retard.

Not retarded. You can go to www.photobucket.com and set up an album there. It is free and then you can adjust your pics too. I don't know what photo program you have but with my kodak I just open the pic and then click save as and it gives me the option to make it smaller.
