I recently got my hands on a couple very nice (and rare) revised salesman's brochures, one each for '69 and '70. I got the '69 version scanned and posted this evening.
Essentially, the revised edition had a different cover and two pages inside were changed to eliminate all mentions of the Contractor Special. I posted these at the bottom of the regular '69 Saleman's brochure page at the following link:

No, those are factory-installed units. The dealer-installed setups are usually small underdash units, though some are the full width of the dash.

1969 Ford F-100. 302 4 barrel, C4 auto, 9in 3.50 open rear, headers, power steering, Turq/wht, Under restoration. In other words, in a million pieces!!!
