2wd lift kits?
I am debating lifting my truck, but its a 2wd and I am keeping it that way. I see all 4wd kits, but no 2wd. How different are the coil springs between the two? Thanks!

re: 2wd lift kits?
Depends on the make and model of the vehicle. Going to assume that it's a bumpside, which presents a problem. Most companies start around the early 70's model years. A company called Fabtec, or Fabritec, I don't remember which one, makes 2wd lifts. Most of the time, the kits rely on longer (vertically) spindles, or, in the case of a twin I beam suspension, longer coils and I beam drop brackets.

re: 2wd lift kits?
on overhaulin they overhauled an F250 2wd and gave it a lift, i thought it was a little lame but im not one to criticise others opinions. if you check out AEM supsension i think that they have a lift kit on there but dont quote me on that.

Yes autofab is expensive, because they cator to the desert racers. Full travel suspensions jumping over dunes, most other sites list to 1970, but i dont believe they are any diff, from 67 to 69.
